KEAM 2015 Exam Dates | Notification | Pattern

Kerala Engineering Agriculture and Medical Exam (KEAM) is a combined state level examination. KEAM Exam is conducted for admission to undergraduate courses in engineering, agriculture and medicine.This combined entrance test conducted by the Commissioner of Examination on behalf of the government is one among 13 entrance exams conducted for admission to undergraduate and post graduate courses in India.

Did you know: This is the only entrance exam in the country that is conducted directly by a state government. Various colleges and institutes affiliated to the University of Kerala, Cochin University of Science and Technology, Mahatma Gandhi University, University of Calicut, Kerala Agricultural University and Kannur university use KEAM score for admission.


KEAM 2014 will be conducted for admission to courses in agriculture, veterinary science, fisheries, engineering and architecture degree courses in the state.

Eligibility: Following is the  general and streamwise eligibility for KEAM exam.

1. Candidate must be an Indian citizen domiciled in Kerala.

2. A candidate of non Kerala origin is eligible to apply subject to the fact that applicant's parents are

a Employees of the Government of India or defense personnel posted in the state.

b) Employees serving the government of Kerala for a minimum period of two years.

Age Limit: The minimum age for candidates is 17 years as on 31st December of the year.

There is no upper age limit for candidates.

Architecture

Educational Qualification:

a) Class 12 from Kerala or any government recognized board with maths as a subject.

b) 10+3 diploma in any stream from central or state affiliated board.

c) International Baccalculaurate Diploma after 10 years of schooling with maths as a subject.

Aggregate: Minimum 50 percent.

d) Candidates with 40 percent or 80 out of 200 marks in NATA exam are also eligible to apply.

e) Applicants with a diploma in engineering awarded by the Board of Technical Education or examination recognized by the state board of technical education are eligible to apply.

Aggregate: Minimum 50 percent.

How to Apply:- Those wishing to apply for KEAM exam are required to so online on KEAM official website. Following is step by step application procedure for the exam.

STEP 01: Log on to CEE official website and register.

STEP 02: Note application number and password.

STEP 03: Login and fill details of application form carefully.

STEP 04: Click on  Final Submission button.

STEP 05: Make payment of fee.

STEP 06: After this take printout of application form.

STEP 07: Affix passport sized photograph and signature.

STEP 08: Get the form attested by Gazetted Officer or Head of Institution.

STEP 09: Obtain Course Certificate and birth certificate in prescribed format.

STEP 10: Get certificates attested.

Applicants who have successfully completed CLAT application procedure can download hall ticket for the exam. It is important that you download admit card well in advance to avoid rush.

How to download CLAT admit card?

You can download CLAT admit admit by entering your registration number and date of birth.

After downloading admit card you are required to take two printoutsof the same. One admit card for yourself and the other needs to be submitted to Center Superintendent of the allocated exam center with a passport sized colored photograph affixed on the same.

You are required to carry a valid photo identity in the form of Driving Liscence/Passport/Voter card/Pancard/Aadhar card along with exam card.
