• STEP 01: Log on to http://www.ieindia.org/ExamAB.aspx.
• STEP 02: Download AMIE online application form and save the same to your system.
• STEP 03: Take a printout of the registration form.
• STEP 04: Draw a DD of exam fee. (The DD procured from any bank in India must be drawn in favor “The Institution of Engineers” and payable at Kolkata.
•STEP 05: Mention ST/T number and name on the reverse side of demand draft.
• STEP 06: Select examination center from list of AMIE Test Centers and note the test center.
• STEP 07: Fill in details in the registration form. (Do not forget to mention transaction details, exam codes and various details).
• STEP 08: Take a xerox of the online application form and DD. (This is useful for future reference).
• STEP 09: Send applicatiom form and payment receipt to the following address latest by the last date of form submission.

Important tips for application
•Do not staple DD along with application form.
• Request for change in subjects will not be entertained after submission of application.
Rejection of Application forms
The list of candidates whose application form is rejected will be published on AMIE website. Fee on rejected application forms will be returned after deducting processing fee of Rs 150.
In case of aspirant is issued an admission card despite applying for the same he /she can submit a fresh application form along with demand draft of Rs 1500/- with the photocopies of his original examination form, details of the demand draft and a copy of the postal receipt to the Officer-in-Charge for provisional appearance in the examination.
