CS Syllabus 2014
The following CS Syllabus is prescribed by Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). Approved by the syllabus review committee this program of study is point of reference for aspirants in various aspects of secretarial practice. The syllabus for CS Foundation course is broadly divided into four main sections• Business Environment and Entrepreneurship (50 questions and 100 marks).
• Business Management, Ethics and Communication (50 questions and 100 marks).
• Business Economics (50 questions and 100 marks).
• Fundamentals of Accounting and Auditing (50 questions and 100 marks).
While the levels of knowledge in all four sections of the paper are set at the basic level of knowledge aspirants are actually introduced to various basic and important sections in each of the topics.
